Our story How we got our start Zassenhaus was founded over 150 years ago. In 1887, we made our first coffee mills, almost 120 years ago we developed our pepper mills. We now offer a variety of high-quality kitchen accessories.

Each Acacia wood board is crafted with a beautiful, natural bark decor all around it. Wood is sourced only from sustainable forestry practices and surface sealed with a special heat treatment. Because this product is made of natural wood, size and diameter will vary from item to item. Round boards will not be perfectly circular and will have the natural contours found in all wood. Measures approximately 1.2" thick. Because this is a natural product, wood sizes will vary from: 15"-18" for Large Boards, 9.5"-12.5" for Medium Boards, 6"-9" for Small Boards
